I’ve written about the reification of masculinity before (here and here, for example); it’s my single biggest problem with third-wave feminism, which otherwise provides the theoretical basis for much of my thinking.  It’s a major theme of my dissertation.
Irigaray is often unapologetically guilty of this:  it’s not without irony that a theorist dedicated to recovering the repressed specificities of “woman” should be so content to let “man” remain a totalizing, unexamined signifier.
